Apple Molasses Cornbread..
Apple Molasses Cornbread.
1 Cup Unbleached Flour
1 cup Corn meal
2 Apples (peeled and sliced fine and thin
2 tbls. Melted Butter.
1/2 cup chopped Almonds
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of molasses
1 tsp. Imitation vanilla extract.
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix well and pour batter into ragamuffin trays.
Bake for 15 min.
stick a knife in the center to see if
the batter sticks.
Bake for about 5 more min.
and take them out to cool off.
Serve and Enjoy a delicious home cooked
