To be eligible applicants must:

1) Be no younger than 7 and no older than 17 as of August 1, 2010
2) Live in New York City
3) Be unable to afford to go to Woodward* without financial assistance
4) Have health insurance**

Applications are due on May 7, 2010 by 11:59 PM.
