AnyDay Dinner

-BBQ TEMPEH with banana chutney sauce.
1 cup of Tempeh. Sliced
1/2 cup of corn meal/fish fry mix.
bbq sauce.
jerk seasoning (allspice,garlic,spices)

Add tempeh, corn meal, and some sauce
in a ziplock bag or a cup. Mix to coat
tempeh.
Preheat a pan with vegtable oil.
Add the tempeh, fry until golden crisp.

-Banana Chutney
Mash one banana
mix 1 tblsp of nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp of curry.


-Chicken Rice Soup
2 cups of chicken broth
3 organic potoatos (choppe into cubes)
1 carrot (chopped
2 cloves of garlic (mashed and diced)
1 onion (sliced and diced)
1 cup of brown rice
1 egg
jerk seasoning/mrs.dash
black pepper
curry
etc.
Cook Rice seperately in a
small pot. 2 cups of water for every
cup of rice.
Place Ingredients in cooking pot.
Bring to boil,then continue
to cook on a low flame. Stir
it up more than once in a while.
cook for 20-30 minutues

-Hot Chocolate.
2 cups of milk/soy milk
2 tblsp of organic sugar/agave/etc.
2 tblsp of condensed milk
2 tblsp of unsweetened cocoa

Mix in a pot,
Bring to boil. Mix
thouroughly, serve and drink!
