What I Cooked Tonight!

Organic Tempeh with asparagus, potatos, onions, curry, butter, and spices. Served with Couscous. Desert sweet coconut brown rice and some herbal tangerine teas to finish it off. With just a limited amount of ingredients, it's possible to combine.
The recipe requires:

-1 Pack of Organic Tempeh.
-Slice in to thin pieces
-preheat oven at 400.
-If you have some bbq sauce, or just some soy sauce and a 2 tbls of olive oil.
-Add any extra hint of spices, Jerk spice, sea salt and pepper. Mix it up in a tupper wear or in a bowl to evenly coat the tempeh.
-Place in a pan, put it in the oven for 5-10 min. Let it turn golden.
-You might want to check in and flip the tempeh pieces to let each side crisp up.

Starting the sauce:
-1/4 stick of butter (sliced into pieces)
-12 bunch of asparagus (break from the tip off from stem before adding to pan).
-1/2 cup of coconut milk
-hand full of peanuts
-1 potato (sliced up in to small pieces)
-2 Tbls. of Curry
Stir it up, and let it marinade on a low flame.

Everything Should Take about 45 minutes to cook and eat healthy.
Add Some Nutritional Yeast on top to add some extra Iron and trace minerals.
